AL-KO to open its sixth European motorhome service centre
News 19-05-2020 | 11:22 HOURAL-KO, the chassis manufacturer, will open its sixth European motorhomes, light commercial and trailers service centre in the Netherlands in June.
Located in Nieuw-Vennep, 35 kilometres south of Amsterdam, the new service centre covers 1,600 square metres. The centre has a workshop, showroom and three motorhome parking spaces with external power connections.
The AL-KO service is in a convenient location to service customers in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as in the Netherlands. The company will hire highly qualified new employees at the new site.
More than standard motorhome servicing
Servicing and repairs will be an important part of the site’s capabilities. But, the new AL-KO centre will also provide services and products from its SAWIKO brand. SAWIKO is a range of bicycle and motorcycle carriers, towbars and accessories.
The site will also help customers who need spring and support system care and installation. Plus, the AL-KO will service driver assistance systems on site.
Customers with AL-KO chassis on their vehicles will naturally benefit from the skills and experience of the service team at the new location.
Speed AL-KO service
With two lifting platforms, customers can expect a quick and efficient work on their motorhomes or chassis. The service team can test trailer braking systems with the latest equipment on site.
Not that customers should have to wait too long for their vehicle service, but there’s free Wi-Fi and a lounge at the centre.
