Sprite pulls out of Caravan Salon 2020

News

We’ve just heard that the British caravan brand, Sprite, produced by Swift in Cottingham, near Hull, won’t be at the Caravan Salon 2020 show in Germany.

The impact of the Coronavirus pandemic continues to effect the caravan and motorhome industry across Europe.

The organisers postponed the major show by a week to ensure it could go ahead in 2020. They made the decision to delay it so the show fell outside of the COVID-19 restrictions on big gatherings in Germany.

And, the organisers implemented a hygiene protocol to minimise the potential for spreading the disease among the visitors, exhibitors and staff. After lengthy discussions and consideration, Sprite decided they wouldn’t attend the show this year.

Nevertheless, the show will go on, and it’s likely to be the friendly, busy and active event, as always, despite the impact of COVID-19.

Visit your local Sprite dealership

Sprite stated how disappointed they are not to exhibit at the Caravan Salon, and to see their customers. The Sprite team says it will miss the informal contact with visitors to their stand at the exhibition.

The company is encouraging its customers to visit their local Sprite dealership to see the latest models and innovations. The Sprite team is actively advising and supporting its customers.

With many of the popular Sprite models available, there is something for most customers among its caravans.
