Weinsberg announces CaraTour 600 MQ 50 Years Limited Edition

Motorhomes

German manufacturer Weinsberg made its first compact campervan 50 years ago, and it has just announced its CaraTour 600 MQ ‘50 Years Limited Edition’

Weinsberg’s first compact campervan sat on a Fiat 238 body and had a pitched roof. The original 1969 campervan small exterior belied a surprisingly spacious interior. Although only 4.6 metres long, the campervan had a flexible design which you could use as a well-equipped leisure vehicle and useful van with good storage capacity.

You could live comfortably in Weinsberg’s first campervan due to how the company designed and converted a commercial vehicle. They struck a successful formula which remains popular today.

And, 50 years later, Weinsberg celebrates that early success with its “50 Years Limited Edition” of the CaraTour 600 MQ campervan.
