The British Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, organized by the Camping and Caravanning Club, annually rewards the favorite camping equipment of British campers. The Dutch Karsten Tents won three awards.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards are not just a celebration of prizes. The awards provide campers who are considering a new purchase with valuable insights. Since 2017, the Camping and Caravanning Club in the UK has been asking all campers who have recently purchased new camping equipment to fill out a satisfaction survey. Manufacturers also benefit from this, as feedback from the surveys often leads to improvements in new models, as reported by Karsten.
The traditional Dutch Karsten Tents had reason to celebrate, as the tent maker from Zwaag took home no less than three awards. British campers rated Karsten as the best in the categories of ‘Best Inflatable Tent,’ ‘Best Traditional Poled Tent,’ and ‘Best Premium Tent.’
Especially in the premium category, where prices start at 1,000 British pounds, Karsten has been showing for years why they are the favorite. Since the start of the awards in 2017, Karsten has consistently taken home the prize.
Double celebration for Adria, as the Slovenian manufacturer scored the highest this year in the camper category with an impressive satisfaction score of 84 percent. Its subsidiary brand, Sun Living, also contributed to this success. Roller Team from Italy came just short, taking the silver, while the German brand Bürstner completed the podium.
Adria also impressed in the caravan category: for the fourth time in five years, the first prize went to the Slovenian manufacturer. British brands Coachman and Swift had to settle for second and third place.
Anyone looking for a porch tent cannot overlook Isabella. The Danish brand crushed the competition and claimed the title in this category for the fifth consecutive year. That’s not the only award heading to Denmark. Camp-let, Isabella’s subsidiary, was the most popular folding trailer for the third year in a row. Trigano managed to stay somewhat close but had to settle for second place.
The fact that this year’s winners are not just lucky shots is evident from the consistency of their successes. Adria, Isabella, and Karsten Tents are often favorites among the British, and this year was no exception.
