Color at the campsite: Frankia Now now in Sun, Ocean and Peach

Jos Mark

With the contemporary Frankia Now, the German camper brand is trying to win the hearts of campers. The semi-integrated was particularly striking at the presentation in 2023 because of the bright yellow stripes on the side. For those who don't like yellow, there is now good news: the Now is available in two more cheerful colours.

Frankia introduced the Now in the colours Sun, Ocean and Peach, the last two of which are new, a few months ago during the Caravan Salon. At the CMT, the semi-integrateds in yellow, blue and peach were once again shining among the still mostly white campers. And they are not only bright on the outside, the exterior colour is also carried through on the inside.

Camper as a design statement

With the 7.05-metre long Frankia Now 7.0 L, the camper builder from Markschorgast is putting down more than just a camper. A design statement, they called it themselves in 2023. Little has changed in that design statement for the two semi-integrateds in the new colours. On the outside, Sun, Ocean or Peach is clearly visible. The coloured striping contrasts nicely with the white bodywork. It doesn’t get all sugary, thanks to the black cabin of the Fiat Ducato, which partly continues into surfaces on the sides and partly into the roof with panoramic window. The Thule awning is also black.

Organic shapes

The Now is not all sleek. Frankia has opted for organic shapes that should provide a feeling of freedom. These round shapes can be seen in the headrests of the two-seater sofa and in the open compartments in the camper. Thanks to the indirect lighting – which is also partly integrated in the optional lifting bed – it is always atmospheric in the Now.

Plenty of standing height

The considerable standing height in the camper is striking, which is no less than 2.13 metres.

Multifunctional box

For the colourful 2025 models, little will change compared to the yellow Frankia Now. For example, the table in the seating area is still extendable, slidable, rotatable and height-adjustable. The multifunctional box behind the passenger seat may also remain. You can store things in this box, but it is also strong enough to sit on or to use as a footstool.

New for 2025
For example, the option to choose a larger refrigerator is new. This then has a capacity of 138 litres, instead of the standard 95 litres.

Traveling with four people

The Frankia Now 7.0 L has four belted places and single beds in the rear in the standard version. In order to be able to sleep in it with four people, it is possible to choose the double lifting bed. In the kitchen a round sink, a stove and a handy cupboard where a coffee machine fits, for example. In any case, there are all kinds of nice storage options in the Now. The bathroom has a rotating washbasin wall, which makes it possible to shower here as well.

Bicycles in garage

The garage is spacious, even two bicycles fit in it. Furthermore, the camper is equipped with a 95 Ah AGM battery and a Truma Combi 6. The Fiat Ducato has a 120 hp engine and a manual gearbox in the standard version.

In the Netherlands, the Frankia Now is available from 97,995 euros.
