Following the Adora last year, Adria is now updating the Alpina. The Slovenian manufacturer's flagship touring caravan is getting a silver exterior, a completely redesigned interior, and various technical improvements for the 2027 model year. What remains is the focus on all-season camping.
The Alpina is aimed at campers who don’t put their caravan into storage after the summer. Thanks to the extensive insulation and the Alde hydronic heating system including underfloor heating, the interior remains comfortable even in wintry temperatures. Furthermore, all models are tested in a climate chamber. According to heating class 3, the caravan must be able to heat up from -15 to +20 degrees Celsius within four hours.
Due to its size and design, the previous Alpina was already far from subtle. With the new generation, Adria is reinforcing its premium character even further. The white polyester makes way for a silver-coloured body, combined with sleek graphics around the windows and chrome details.
The rear has also been redesigned. There, we see a spoiler with an integrated third brake light and black, satin LED tail lights from Hella. An illuminated silhouette is available as an option. The large panoramic window – now a signature feature of many Adria caravans – is also present in the Alpina.
This window not only ensures a striking appearance but also lets in plenty of daylight. Especially in the seating area, this provides a spacious feel and a better view of the outdoors.
Those who also camp in winter typically pack more than just a few pairs of shorts and garden chairs. Winter clothing, extra gas bottles, and other camping gear quickly add up. That is why Adria has upgraded the Alpina’s payload.
The new 583 UL sits on a single-axle 2,000 kg chassis. For the 663 HT, 663 PT, and 663 UK, Adria uses a heavy-duty AL-KO chassis with a maximum weight of 2,300 kg as standard. The 663 HT and 663 UK are also available as tandem-axle models of 2,500 kg for an additional fee.
The larger 763 UK and 903 HT are on a double axle as standard. The 903 HT can even be supplied with a 2,800 kg chassis. This offers more room for luggage and accessories, but naturally also requires a suitable towing vehicle. Therefore, check carefully beforehand whether the towing capacity of your car and the required driving licence match the chosen model.
Upon entering, the redesigned entrance immediately catches the eye. Here, Adria has created a cloakroom with space for coats above a ventilation grille. This allows wet jackets to dry more quickly, which is particularly pleasant during autumn and winter camping holidays. At the bottom is a separate drawer for shoes. Furthermore, a mirror, small storage compartments, and extra drawers are provided.
The seating area has also been thoroughly updated. The benches are deeper and offer more support under the thighs. The backrests can be adjusted and the headrests are repositionable. You can use them as standard headrests or place them on the side for extra support while lounging.
Adria calls this the ‘Signature Lounge’. The configuration can be used for sitting upright, stretching out to relax, or creating an extra bed. The tabletop also features a new design. An extendable table is available as an option.
Three textile combinations are available for the upholstery. Combined with the wood-effect flooring, the natural stone-look worktop, and the ambient lighting, the interior is designed to feel warmer and cozier than before.
The Alpina gets a kitchen designed for campers who want to cook proper meals on the road. The hob combines gas burners with induction. This allows you to cook electrically at the campsite without being entirely dependent on a hook-up.
The sink is separate from the cooking area and features a new tap. A wooden cover provides extra worktop space when the sink is not in use. Additionally, a 158-litre compressor fridge is present.
Various detachable kitchen accessories can be attached to a multifunctional profile. On the 663 HT and 903 HT, this is complemented by additional storage systems. A coffee machine is on the options list.
The Alde hydronic heating and underfloor heating are major reasons for choosing an Alpina. Adria extends this focus on climate comfort into the bathroom, which now features a separate Alde heating tower.
The bathroom also features a vanity unit with a luxurious spa look, integrated lighting, and open storage shelves. The positions of the washbasin and mirror have also been adjusted. Anyone who likes to grab a warm towel after a cold walk can order an electric towel heater.
The new Alpina will be available in six layouts. With its single axle and four berths, the 583 UL is the most compact version. This layout is mainly aimed at couples who want plenty of living space but do not need a caravan over eight or nine metres long.
The 663 HT sleeps four people, while the 663 PT and 663 UK can accommodate six to seven campers. The larger 763 UK has room for eight to nine people, making this model appealing to large families or groups.
The largest is the 903 HT. This tandem-axle caravan is almost 9.64 metres long and offers space for eight people. With a maximum weight of up to 2,800 kg, this is clearly not a caravan for every car or campsite, but rather a luxurious holiday accommodation for longer trips or a seasonal pitch.
The starting price in the Netherlands for the Alpina 583 UL is 50,290 euros. The 663 HT and 663 UK both start at 52,290 euros. The 663 PT is listed at 52,790 euros, the larger 763 UK costs at least 61,290 euros, and the 903 HT starts at 65,290 euros.
The first models of the updated Adria Alpina are expected to arrive at dealerships in the Netherlands and Belgium in late August or early September. The grand Dutch public launch will take place during the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, from 30 September to 4 October 2026.
