At the Caravan Salon, we saw not only motorhomes and caravans, but also numerous accessories. For example, Isabella presented its new products for the 2027 anniversary season. The brand is expanding its range for cassette awnings with the flexible Partner wall system and the multi-functional Fellow side wall. This gives campers even more options to transform their awning into a sheltered outdoor space.
The Isabella Partner system consists of individual side and front walls that can be combined under a cassette awning. This allows you to quickly create an awning tent without having to pitch a full awning. You decide how enclosed you want the space to be. One or two side walls, an open front, or a combination of front panels with windows and a door: it is all possible. Furthermore, the modules can be freely positioned under the awning, allowing you to tailor the space exactly to your needs. The Partner is designed for cassette awnings with a depth of 250 centimetres and a mounting height of 245 to 275 centimetres. The side walls are 250 centimetres deep. For the front, 80-centimetre modules with a window and 120-centimetre modules with a window or door are available.
The five individual modules are attached to each other with Velcro. The walls are made of coated polyester, which is water-repellent and UV-resistant, making the Partner ideal for changing weather conditions. The system uses CarbonX fibreglass poles in the side walls. With a telescopic pole and IsaFix locking mechanism, the walls are easy to tension. Additionally, the rafter pole can be placed in different positions, allowing you to divide the space under a wide cassette awning, for example.
The Partner is particularly interesting for campers who do not always want to set up a full awning but still need extra shelter, privacy, or living space.
Also new is the Fellow: a multi-functional side wall for cassette awnings that can be combined with a windbreak. With this, Isabella is targeting campers who prefer to keep their awning partially open. The Fellow provides extra protection from the wind and sun while keeping the outdoor space open and airy. As such, the system offers an alternative for those who do not require a fully enclosed awning tent.
For campers heading out during the colder seasons, Isabella is launching the Winter Camper. This is an extra-high version of the well-known Winter awning, specially adapted to the mounting height of motorhomes. The awning serves as a sheltered porch between the motorhome and the outside world. This is highly practical during a winter holiday: you don’t step straight from the heated motorhome into the cold, and you also have extra space for shoes and other gear.
Alongside awning solutions, Isabella is presenting several new accessories. For instance, the camping chair collection is being expanded with the Thor XL. This larger version of the well-known Thor features a 56-centimetre-wide seat. That is 7 centimetres wider than the standard model. The chair features a fully padded seat, adjustable backrest, and armrests. The backrest is adjustable to eight positions. Additionally, the neck cushion can be placed either at neck height or in the lower back. It has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. When folded, the Thor XL takes up very little space, measuring just 16 centimetres thick.
Another new chair is the Thor Mesh. Its seat and backrest are made from water-permeable material. The advantage of this is that rainwater does not soak into the upholstery, meaning the chair can be used again quickly.
Isabella is also expanding its range with stackable cupboards. These allow you to make smarter use of the available space on the campsite and keep your belongings organised. Three versions are available, and the one with the wine/shoe compartments seems exceptionally handy to us.
